Tommy Stafford
Tommy Stafford is an associate at NorthShore Capital Advisors. His primary focus is on merger and acquisition transactions, as well as conducting valuation and value enhancement analysis and execution for clients.
Prior to this position, Tommy was an analyst at NorthShore where he constructed financial models for new and existing clients; identified potential new business opportunities for the firm; compiled and analyzed client financial data; assisted in the firm’s needs relating to new business software including implementation and database administration.
Prior to joining NorthShore, Tommy was a partner at EndPoint Solutions, an electronic brokerage firm located in Greenville, SC. He held various roles at Datastream Systems, now Infor, where he was responsible for global sales and sales management of Enterprise Maintenance Management Software (EMMS) at the corporate office in Greenville, SC and in the London, UK office. Additional experience includes commissioned based sales for Clayton Homes in Greenville, SC, and various roles and responsibilities for a family owned business near Knoxville, TN.
Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University. While attending Clemson, he earned a varsity letter in the sport of wrestling and served as president of his fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega. In 2005, he received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Logistics from the University of Tennessee. Tommy is a past vice president of the Tennessee Organization of MBAs (TOMBA), a premier professional development organization for MBAs at the University of Tennessee, which serves as an interface between MBA full-time students, faculty, alumni and community. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) and Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
Tommy says his Northshore involves his wife, a boat and the financial freedom to sail around the world at the drop of a hat.
